Yes. Adwisely works with the stores worldwide. The app interface and customer support are currently available in English only.

Will Adwisely work for my store if my prices aren't in USD?

Absolutely! Adwisely-powered ads can feature your product price in any currency supported by Facebook. Adwisely billing will be in either USD or in the currency you chose in your online store billing settings.

Do I need to have a Facebook pixel on my store to use Adwisely?

Yes. You will need to choose the main Pixel you use to track visitors' activity on your website, make sure that the events for this Facebook Pixel are properly set up and later share it with Adwisely. You can learn more about the event priorities and Pixel sharing here.

Do I need to have a Facebook Product Catalog to use Adwisely?

No. Adwisely either creates all necessary assets (Facebook Product Catalog, Facebook Business Manager and an Ad Account inside it automatically, or helps you create them. For example, if you don't have a Facebook Page for your business, the app will instruct you how to create one.

Do I need to have a Facebook Ad Account to use Adwisely?

You may have a Facebook Ad Account of your own, however, Adwisely will create a brand new one—just for your ads. Of course, you will have 24/7 access to your Adwisely-powered Ad Account.
